Description    The Beach Company is looking for an Associate to join our Investment Management team at its corporate headquarters located in Charleston, SC. Reporting to the Director of Investment Management, the Associate will be undertaking responsibility for the financial performance and business plan execution of a multifamily portfolio located in the Southeast. Specific duties will include interfacing with property management, oversight of capital projects, initializing the reporting of asset performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to internal and external parties, and preparation and oversight of annual budgets. This individual will also assist in the underwriting and review of new investments and play a key role in the due diligence and takeover of those investments.
