Position Summary The Senior Vice President, Investment Management & Capital Formation, is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling Morgan Properties’ third-party investment management platform, with an initial and ongoing emphasis on Morgan Properties Multifamily Credit Fund (MCF). This position plays a critical role in expanding the firm’s credit capabilities by driving fundraising, investor relations, origination, structuring, execution, and product development across the multifamily credit spectrum.   This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional who can both help identify the long-term growth opportunities for the credit platform and lead product development efforts from the idea stage to full execution.
