Position Description: Total Target Compensation is $80,000 - $100,000 for the first year. Base pay is $54,000 to $62,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Discretionary Compensation is paid quarterly. The Advisory Specialist is primarily responsible for developing new business leads and supporting existing client relationships in their assigned territory. As a member of Horizon's Advisor-facing sales team, the Advisory Specialist is partnered with a Regional Director and together they work to expand Horizon's market share.
