What you will be responsible for
Support the Risk IT team by providing analysis of market specifically the business analysts. Perform
As an intern in the COO organization, you will:
Help with communications and employee engagement across Technology Platform Engineering and Operations
Help with organizational design activities
Assist in measuring and tracking Technology Platform Engineering and Operations progress and success
Perform data analysis that will be used in system migration or integration
Parter with Risk Business Analysts to understand and document business requirements for complex product offerings, model upgrades and regulatory initiatives
Detailed responsibilities include:
Track and maintain OKR progress for Technology Platform Engineering and Operations
Conduct analysis and present findings in response to mgmt. and ad hoc requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Support organizational engagement strategy for the Technology leads including townhalls, skip levels engagements, broadcast / communications
Assist with initiatives including learning and development, diversity, rewards & recognition
Prepare agendas, notes, and slideware for meetings
Participated in complex and challenging business/system design meetings for high profile global products that have regulatory and revenue impacts
What we value

Strong experience with PowerPoint to simply convey complex information to varying audiences
Ability to leverage MS Excel to crunch data sets and organize results in coherent and understandable way
Basic to intermediate SQL skills to navigate and analyze complex data sets
Strong interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills able to deliver on projects under tight timeframes
High degree of attention to detail
Desire to learn and ability to quickly get comfortable with current information and tools
Able to learn without classroom aids (via papers, presentations, books, etc.)
Basic understanding of Equity and Fixed Income markets. A desire to understand the blockchain, swap, option and derivative products
Familiarity with financial analytics (e.g. FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar)
Education & Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate is an energetic, driven, team player who works collaboratively and demonstrates the self-confidence, intellectual prowess, and credibility to represent the team.
Pursing a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Technology, and/or Business, related field
Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
