State Street Investment Management Investments Professional Development Program (PDP) is a leadership rotational program designed to develop entry level employees within State Street Investment Management organization.  The program has several focus areas, sponsored by key business lines and is designed to provide key learning and growth opportunities, along with a deeper understanding of State Street Investment Management’s business. The program extends over 24 months and incorporates specific training, professional development, and rotational assignments across a variety of business areas including portfolio management, operations, strategy and investment research, and across multiple asset classes including fixed income, cash, equities, and asset allocation.
