Purpose:  A key senior leader of a growing and innovative financial institution, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for all regulatory compliance and ethical matters for Five Star Bank and its insurance and investment affiliates.  The CCO’s primary function is maintaining and administering a current and sustainable Compliance Management Program (CMP), and underlying Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Programs, that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectively and efficiently identify and mitigate evolving risks.
