SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the institution's regulatory compliance program, with a primary focus on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) obligations.
