Role Description: The Global Securities Lending Oversight Manager is a key leader within the Securities Lending Group at State Street Investment Management. In this role, you will design and implement an oversight program to ensure strong governance of global securities lending activities. You will manage relationships with agent lenders, boards of directors, trustees, and internal teams, serving as a trusted representative of the Securities Lending Group. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions that strengthen risk controls and governance practices.
