Who we are looking for The Vice President of Internal Communications will play a critical role in helping State Street Investment Management to communicate effectively to employees, clients and other key stakeholders to help drive employee engagement in support of business goals. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: developing communications plans and activities that foster employee engagement, further alignment to and understanding of our strategic vision and enhance our workplace culture; writing, editing distributing company communications through email, digital platforms and the intranet; and liaising with external communications, HR and senior leaders.
