State Street Investment Management (“State Street IM”, formerly State Street Global Advisors) is seeking a Global Head of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and modernize the firm’s Quality function across a highly regulated, global investment management environment. This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the firm-wide QA and Quality Engineering strategy, including the adoption of AI-enabled testing, test automation at scale, and the evolution toward a modern, engineering-driven quality model.
