State Street Investment Management’s US Institutional Client Coverage Group is hiring a Relationship Manager, AVP (RM). In this role, the RM will deliver an exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of their assigned institutional client relationships. Working as part of a highly collaborative client coverage team, the RM will help manage the day-to-day needs of assigned clients, with a focus on strengthening relationships, supporting retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. To be successful, the RM must develop a strong understanding of State Street Investment Management’s investment and operational capabilities, service offerings, culture, and vision to diagnose issues and solve problems effectively.
