State Street Investment Management is seeking a Managing Director to lead the global ETF as a Service platform. The Global Head of EaaS will be responsible for scaling, industrializing and governing SSIM’s third party ETF manufacturing business across regions. The role will transform EaaS from a high growth initiative into a fully institutionalized global franchise with disciplined execution, margin control and scalable operating infrastructure. This role combines platform strategy, ETF structuring expertise, commercial oversight and cross functional execution leadership.
