Role Summary The AVP Database & Cloud Platform hands-on Support Manager/Lead will be responsible for providing L2/L3 operational support, reliability engineering, and technical leadership for enterprise database and cloud platforms hosted on AWS. The role serves as the senior escalation point for production issues impacting PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, data pipelines, and associated AWS services. The individual will drive platform stability, incident reduction, performance optimization, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery readiness, and operational excellence while partnering with application, infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams.
