This officer-level position will report to the Head of North America Shareholder Services in the State Street IM office at the John Adams Building in Quincy. The Operations Transformation Officer’s primary responsibility is to drive operational change and process improvement for new and existing business, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and global consistency.
