Overview: The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the Wilmington Funds will be responsible for overseeing and administering its compliance program in accordance with Rule 38a-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The CCO will be responsible for ensuring that the funds maintain effective policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of federal securities laws and to promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance throughout the organization. The CCO will report directly to the Board of Trustees/ Directors of the Wilmington Funds Family and work collaboratively with senior management of Wilmington Trust, fund counsel, and third-party service providers.
