Description    Responsible for monitoring and supporting compliance throughout the Osceola Council on Aging, Inc. affordable housing portfolio. Reviews property operations, resident eligibility, certifications, reporting, and documentation for compliance with applicable federal, state, local, investor, lender, and funding source requirements. Serves as an internal compliance resource, identifies deficiencies, coordinates and tracks corrective actions, provides staff training and technical assistance, and assists properties in preparing for external monitoring, inspections, and audits.
