Who we are looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager, Research & Due Diligence, to join our US Wealth Intermediary team. This role will be responsible for leading product onboarding, driving research placement, and influencing model allocations at some of the largest intermediary firms, partnering across internal stakeholders to help accelerate adoption of State Street investment solutions.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.
As a Senior National Account Manager, Research & Due Diligence, you will:
- Drive adoption of SSIM tickers with home office portfolio managers by diagnosing client-specific needs, developing a deep understanding of model and portfolio construction, identifying allocation opportunities, and proactively anticipating changes driven by investment objectives and goals.
- Lead ticker-specific product onboarding and expansion of SSIM solutions at intermediary clients by coordinating firm due diligence reviews, requirements gathering, data delivery, and internal approvals; clearly communicate product differentiation and competitive advantages.
- Drive research placement for SSIM tickers by building relationships with home office research teams and investment committees, preparing due diligence materials, and advancing products onto proprietary recommended, focus, and top-ticker lists.
- Contribute to and help drive firm-specific strategies to maximize the SSIM opportunity set, recommending priority products and solutions by platform based on client needs, platform dynamics, and expected commercial impact.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in asset management, intermediary due diligence, platform onboarding, product management, or a related role with measurable results driving platform availability and/or research outcomes.
- Strong understanding of intermediary platform and home office research including familiarity with model portfolio construction and manager selection frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize investment and operational details into crisp, compliant, research-ready materials and executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-threaded initiatives in a matrixed organization, manage competing deadlines, and influence outcomes with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a disciplined process and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree: MBA and/or CFA designation preferred. Series 7 and 63/65 licenses preferred.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $210,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
