Position Summary
The Investment Analyst will support our acquisition and investor relations teams and will provide exposure to the many facets of commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Work with COO of Investments and assist in oversight and management of $5 Billion multifamily portfolio.
- Assist with portfolio level analytics and strategic analysis.
- Support execution of the firm’s investor relations strategy, including investor onboarding, communications, reporting, distributions, and responding to investor inquiries with a high level of service.
- Maintain and update investor-facing materials, CRM systems, and internal databases
- Assist in managing the firm’s transactional pipeline and related workflows
- Support new investments through entity formation, EIN/tax ID procurement, and organizational chart development and maintenance – among other things.
- Assist in reviewing tax, insurance, and title/survey materials for new acquisition opportunities, as needed
- Contribute to the preparation of investment marketing materials for both internal and external use
- Coordinate with third-party partners, including lenders, legal counsel, and other service providers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, and Management teams
- Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support as needed
- Effectively communicate and interact with senior leadership
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the multifamily investment space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with InDesign, Yardi, CRM platforms, or other real estate software is a plus
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Successful Skilled with PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Work Environment:
- This is an onsite role requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices five days a week.
- The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
